Ananta Aspen Centre seeks to foster the next generation of young values-based leaders. It seeks to steer aspirants on a journey in leadership by opening the mind to a rich and diverse set of learning experiences.
One of the flagship programmes in this realm is the Kamalnayan Bajaj Fellowship or the KBF which seeks to develop a new generation of values-based action-oriented leaders to serve India. KBF focuses on young, entrepreneurial leaders from Business, Government and Civil Society. Using the time-tested Aspen method of text-based dialogue, KBF provides these young leaders with an opportunity to better understand their own leadership values and those of their peers.
On the success of the senior leadership program KBF, a Junior Leadership program was launched in 2012. It is a 2-week residential programme for students of grades 9-12 that aims to build values-based leadership skills and enlighten them to move from thought to action and from success to significance. The intense yet fun-filled curriculum comprising leadership case studies, adventure sports and experiential learning, takes students through structured modules in a safe & supportive environment, to help uncover the hidden leader within. The program is an eclectic blend of Socratic dialogue, experiential learning, motivational lectures, adventure sports, theatre workshops and community visits.
Ananta Aspen Centre also organizes ‘The CEO Series’. These conversations give us a glimpse into the lives of these leaders: what inspired them to achieve the success they did, what were the road blocks they faced and what can we learn from their experience.
