Stewardship in Times of Uncertainty drew a stream of Ananta Aspen fellows to one of India’s oldest cities, Varanasi. Ideas India 2022 signalled a shift towards redefining leadership goals in a transformed world. The Socratic Dialogue, a unique and reflective module of Ananta Aspen deliberated on humility, selflessness, humanity and honesty. The mesmerizing eighty-minute session on Diversity and Difference led by the Tamasha group from Mumbai warmed all our hearts. The artists took us through a whirlwind of emotions through music and dialogue. The action dialogues and the Masterclasses curated by the Leadership team at Ananta Aspen touched upon several pertinent issues. Conversations ranged from rewriting the social contract to sustainable community, public health and mental health. Shared stories and conversations among Aspen fellows reinvigorated the collective responsibility to transform society with a reimagined sense of purpose.
