PUBLIC POLICY
In public policy, The Centre focuses on contemporary issues of Governance, Climate Change, Energy, Defence and Gender Issues most relevant to the country today. These issues are given a platform for discussion via public sessions and workshops, ensuring that all stakeholders contribute to the discourse. In addition to these, Roundtables have also been an important feature of our profile.
India has a strong people’s voice. Multiple worldviews and perspectives co-exist and add to the robustness of the democracy. The centre works to build strong, non-partisan dialogue platforms that make space for these different viewpoints. These forums bring together leaders from all walks of life to examine crtical issues facing the country, table their viewpoints and explore solutions in the spirit of collaboration. Issues ranging from governance to gender sensitivity are debated at public sessions, workshops, conferences and roundtables; these conversations help influence thinking at the policy level.
