Job Description for Programme Executive/ Officer
The Programme Executive will be working with the Programme Director and the team at Ananta Aspen Centre and will be responsible for:
- Develop and lead new initiatives that will support the organization’s mission and programs
- Build and maintain relationships with key policy makers, corporate leaders, diplomats and researchers
- Work collaboratively to support all aspects of Ananta Aspen Centre’s programs and associated events
- Prepare reports on programs, events and meetings
- Develop presentations and other documents for internal and external use
- Basic data management like maintaining records of agreements, MOUs, external & internal communication
- Support the CEO and Program Director as required.
Required Qualifications:
A Graduate degree in Social Sciences or allied fields – like Public Policy, International Relations & Journalism.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written)

Job Description for Programme Director
Programme Director will work with the CEO and lead the respective team at Ananta Aspen Centre and will be responsible for the following:
- The Programme Director would be responsible for managing & supporting the team by developing a strategic plan that supports organisations’ goals & objectives; Implement the Strategy Plan across respective programmatic pillars
- Collaborate & Engage closely with the heads of the respective core pillars / Departments - International Relations, Leadership Development and Public Policy; to Plan, Monitor & Review the annual activity calendar.
- Participates with CEO and other leadership team members in setting policies and determining strategies to meet the Centres’ planned commitments
- Manage activities & functions of the department and raise finances through programmes for the department.
The position accomplishes this through a respectful and a constructive style, guided by the objectives of the Centre in close support with the CEO
Required Skills and Experience

Job Description for Social Media Executive
- Proficient in posting and managing all channels including FB, Linkedin, Twitter, youtube etc.
- Execute social media campaigns with the aim of expanding viewership and increasing engagement.
- Execute platform specific campaigns for social media.
- Measure and monitor all social media channels and campaigns.
- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications and channels.
- Evaluate and improve systems and methods of targeting, tracking, reporting, and evaluation of our social media programs.
- Work closely with the core departments & design teams on all copy, creative and branding initiatives.
- Report on channel performance and derive insights that could be used to inform or evolve the social media strategy
- Partner with design & tech teams to develop more effective means of leveraging social networking channels.
- Should have a passion for using social media platforms as a means to communicate with audiences and a deep understanding of what motivates people to engage with content through them
