The objective of the Track II Dialogue on Climate Change and Energy is to create constructive, civil- society dialogue focused on climate change and clean energy in order to strengthen and enhance the strategic partnership between India and the U.S. The Dialogue is dedicated to positively impacting how the two countries interact bilaterally while also demonstrating genuine leadership multi-laterally on climate change. This year, the importance of water and the enormous impact of climate on the water sector, has led to the choice of water as a core theme of the dialogue.
