About OUR Membership

The Ananta Centre, established in December 2013, is an independent not-for-profit organisation that seeks to foster positive change in society by way of facilitating discussions and engaging the Civil Society, Inclusive of Business, NGO’s, Government and other stake holders on issues of importance to India’s development and National security.

Formerly part of the Aspen Institute India, the Centre provides a non-partisan platform for open dialogue and cross sector outreach for a comprehensive understanding of public policy through the means of leadership initiatives, conferences and strategic discussions.

Operating under a vast network, the Centre enables members to share their opinions and ideas with eminent national and international leaders and strives to develop an informed perspective about critical issues.

The Ananta Centre invites corporates, institutions and individuals, interested in engaging with global leaders to be members. Membership is given to individuals of all nationalities interested in various fields like education, health, science, art, culture, governance and others. It is also given to institutions such as universities, laboratories, academies, diplomatic missions, chambers of commerce, as well as other institutions in harmony with the vision and mission of the organisation.

Corporate Membership

The Ananta Centre invites corporates and businesses interested in understanding and influencing domestic and international policy to be a member. Membership is open to all corporates and businesses inclined towards engaging with the civil society, government, private sector, and other key stakeholders on issues related to India’s development. Under Corporate membership, the Centre offers discounted admissions to public programs, as well as access to private events and invitation-only receptions with leading national and international thought-leaders. We also extend the opportunity to sponsor tailor-made initiatives on topics relevant to your interests across the social and political spheres. Corporate benefits include the following:

Access for senior executives to private exclusive meetings with global and domestic leaders

The Ananta Centre invites all institutions inclined towards engaging with the civil society, government, private sector, and other key stakeholders on issues related to domestic and international development to become a member. The institutions recognised under the Institutional Membership category are: I. Educational Institutions II. Not-for-profit Organisations III.
